Q: What's your lead time?
Generally speaking, our regular standard product will need 15-20 days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time, it will depend on the specific orders. For items in stock, the time will be within 2 workdays.

Q: What is your warranty?
1) We offer 6 month's warranty for the battery
2) Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human
3) PIs send back the defective goods within the warranty period, and we will repair them or send you new free replacement.
4) If there are only several pcs accessories(the fee is less or around the shipping fee) are damaged, pls send us some pictures and video about the detailed problem. Once confirmed the problem, we will send you free new goods instead with your next order.
